AICE Media Film Opening - 'Doppelganger' - Obstacles

Working on my own, I'm still really struggling to make ends meet for this project. I had an initial concept and the ideas originally came flooding. As it stands, or maybe as it stood depending on whether or not this works out, I've written for my film opening a very detailed story. My struggles, however, stem from not understanding quite how to translate it from script to screen. In my drafts there are a few notes here and there for what I could do mise-en-scene wise, such as background details and colour work, but aside from that, I can't seem to figure out how to make what is currently words in a notes app into essentially a mini movie. Will update on progress reports though I guess.
